You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Your order will be saved for 7 days. Please follow the payment instructions below:

Payment: Must be sent by mail and include Order # and be received within 7 days of order placed. After 7 days the order will be canceled.
Payment: USPS Priority mail flat rate envelope is highly recommended to ensure safe delivery while allowing you to track the progress of your payment package. Do NOT send us your tracking information, this is for your records to confirm delivery.
Do not forget to include your Order # with payment.
Your delivery address: Your package will be mailed to the address provided when the order was placed.
Should you need to change the address, please email us immediately at kromewhiteshop@gmail.com with your Order # in the subject line and the address change.

Once your payment arrives, please allow 3-5 business days to complete and send out your order (most will go out before that time). You will receive an email with tracking info. Most orders will be received in 2-3 business days.
As with any mailing, there is a chance of a loss. This is why tracking your payment is crucial. USPS Priority mail flat rate envelope is recommended to ensure safe delivery while allowing you to track the progress of your payment. Do not send us your payment tracking number. This is for your records.
Once payment is received, we will send your package and email you a tracking number. Once delivery of your order is confirmed we are not able to help if the package is lost or stolen. Should your package get lost in transit, we will try our best to replace the items with the same or most comparable items.
No, we only deliver within the U.S.
